I was born in the mid-70s, in the beautiful city of Volos, member of a big traditional Greek Family. Vivid strong memories of a home where backyard garden is full of bougainvillea, scents of jasmine & gardenia surrounded you on every step.

A beautiful house always open to relatives and friends cooking, eating, talking, laughing, home-made lunch, recipes, organic food served in the shade of plane trees.

That gentler elemental way of life, the real essence of human connection shaped my vision to care and pure heartwarming hospitality.
